We applied specially designed Compensation Mechanism to ensure passive ﬁt to the implants. We made time study of the clinical and laboratory stages of treatment, analysed short and long term results of patients rehabilitation. For this concept we used specially designed Nobel Biocare implants with parallel walls and conical connection with the following parameters: diameter - 5.0 mm, length - 11.5/13.0 mm + 4.5 mm. We gained average initial stability torque 38.8 N/cm (from 32 to 47 N/cm) which is sufficient enough for performing immediate loading protocol. Implant and implant supported prosthesis survival rate is 100 %. Average total treatment time is 6.3 hour.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Целью исследования является всесторонняя оценка нашего опыта непосредственного имплантационного протезирования с использованием нового способа «ТРИФОЙЛ», применяющегося при резкой атрофии нижней челюсти. На основании клинических данных и результатов рентгенологического обследования проведены трехмерное планирование имплантационного протезирования на нижней челюсти в программе «Нобель Клинишэн» и операции по одномоментному введению трех имплантатов на нижней челюсти с одновременным протезированием окончательной непосредственной имплантационной конструкцией на основе стандартной титановой конструкции. Для достижения пассивного прилегания к опорам применен компенсаторный механизм. Нами проведен хронометраж клинико-лабораторных этапов, оценены ближайшие и отдаленные результаты реабилитации пациентов. Использованы специальные имплантаты «Нобель Байокер» с параллельными стенками, коническим соединением и со следующими параметрами: диаметр - 5,0 мм, длина - 11,5/13,0 мм + 4,5 мм. Получена средняя первичная стабильность имплантатов 38,8 Н/см (от 32 до 47 Н/см), достаточная для немедленной нагрузки. Выживаемость имплантатов и ортопедических конструкций составила 100 %.
