The aim of the study was to evaluate efficiency anticoagulant therapy control in primary healthcare setting. The prospective, controlled study involved 301 patients with «non-valvular» atrial fibrillation, receiving various anticoagulant drugs in 2013–2015. After discharge the patients were advised to visit anticoagulant therapy control department. The risk of thromboembolic complications and the risk of bleeding  were assessed with CHA2DS2VASc scale HAS-BLED, respectively. Major bleeding was assessed with TIMI scale. The time in therapeutic range for Warfarin  was assessed for the patient taking warfarin. The study involved 301 patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation taking anticoagulants: warfarin – 49 (16%), rivaroxaban – 34 (11%), apixaban – 81 (28%) and dabigatran –137 (45%). Minor bleeding was found in all groups. Large bleeding was found in patients receiving warfarin, dabigatran and rivaroxaban.

Целью исследования являлось создание кабинета контроля антикоагулянтной терапии. В проспективное контролируемое исследование включались пациенты с «неклапанной» фибрилляцией предсердий, принимающие различные варианты антикоагулянтной терапии; в период с 2013 по 2015 г. включено 300 пациентов. Все больные проходили стационарное лечение, после чего им было рекомендовано обратиться в кабинет контроля антикоагулянтной терапии. Риск тромбоэмболических осложнений оценивался по шкале CHA2DS2VASc, риск развития кровотечений – по HAS-BLED, массивность кровотечений – по шкале TIMI. Больным, принимающим варфарин, рассчитывалось время нахождения МНО в терапевтическом диапазоне. Пациентов, принимающих варфарин, – 49 (16%), ривароксабан – 34 (11%), апиксабан – 81 (28%) и дабигатран – 137 (45%). По результатам исследования, малые кровотечения наблюдались во всех группах, большие – у больных, принимающих варфарина, дабигатрана и ривароксабана, – 2 (4%), 5 (4%) и 1 (3%) соответственно.
