The methods of evaluation of biopharmaceutical properties (solubility and permeability) of medical substances are under consideration. The applicability of these systems in the evaluation interchange is viewed in relation to generic substances in vitro (procedure «bioveyver»).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><ext-link xlink:href="https://www.sechenovmedj.com/jour/pages/view/retraction" ext-link-type="uri">СТАТЬЯ ОТОЗВАНА</ext-link></p><p>Цель исследования – описать основные виды биофармацевтической классификации лекарственных веществ (биофармацевтическая классификационная система (БКС) и биофармацевтическая классификация лекарственных веществ по их растворимости и метаболизму (BDDCS). Рассмотрены методы оценки биофармацевтических свойств (растворимости и проницаемости) лекарственных веществ.
