It is shown that in conditions of acute hypoxia of diﬀerent Genesis, the complexes of zinc with N-alkenylmidazoles showed a pronounced antihypoxic eﬀect in the dose range of 10–100 mg/kg, i/p, on 16–317% life span of animals increasing compared with the control groups of animals that surpasses the eﬀect of known antihypoxants: etomerzol (25–100 mg/kg, i/p), mexidol (100 mg/kg, i/p) and nooglutyl (25–100 mg/kg, i/p). Complexes immobilized on the sulfated arabinogalactan were ineﬀective.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В экспериментах на белых нелинейных мышах-самцах проведено сравнительное исследование антигипоксического действия комплексных соединений ацетата цинка с N-алленили N-изопропенилимидазолами, комплексов, иммобилизованных на сульфатированном арабиногалактане, и известных антигипоксантов и/ или антиоксидантов: этомерзола, мексидола и нооглютила. Показано, что в условиях острой гипоксии разного генеза комплексы цинка с N-алкенилпроизводными имидазола проявляют выраженный антигипоксический эффект в диапазоне доз 10–100 мг/кг, внутрибрюшинно, на 16–317% увеличивая время жизни животных по сравнению с контрольными группами, что превосходит действие этомерзола (25–100 мг/кг, внутрибрюшинно), мексидола (100 мг/кг, внутрибрюшинно) и нооглютила (25–100 мг/кг, внутрибрюшинно).
