Aim. Assessment of role of HBV viral proteins in liver disease progression in chronic HCV-infected patients.Methods. 2934 patients were included into the study, in whom serological markers of HBV- and HCV-infection were evaluated. 80 patients were randomly selected for determination of role of anti-HBcor in progression of HCV-induced chronic liver disease. Role of latent HBV-infection in development of hepato-cellular carcinoma was assessed in 28 liver transplant recipients with chronic HCV-infection.Results. Serological markers of HBV- and/or HCV-infection were detected in 28%. Presence of anti-HBcor IgG was significantly oftener registered in patients with anti-HCV-antibodies (81 vs 17% in absence of anti-HCV-antibodies, p<0,05). Presense of anti-HBcor antibodies did not influenced significantly the activity of liver damage. In HCV-infected liver transplant recipients HBV DNA in liver tissue could be detected in absence of HBs-antigene. anti-HBcor was associated with trend of increasing of risk of hepato-cellular carcinoma development.Conclusion. All potential liver donors should be examined for anti-HBV- and anti-HCV-antibodies presence.

Цель. Изучение роли отдельных белкой вируса гепатита В (антител к кор-антигену вируса гепатита В - anti-HBcor класса IgG) в прогрессирующем повреждении печени у лиц с хронической инфекцией вирусом гепатита С.Материал и методы. В исследование включены 2934 пациента, у которых были изучены спектр маркеров вируса гепатита В и антитела к вирусу гепатита С. По результатам этих иммунологических тестов оценивалась распространенность маркеров латентной инфекции вирусом гепатита В у лиц с положительными anti-HCV и без таковых. Для изучения роли anti-HBcor в хроническом прогрессирующем повреждении печени из общего количества пациентов с хронической инфекцией вирусом С были случайным образом выбраны 80 человек. Вклад латентной инфекции вирусом гепатита В в развитие гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы (ГЦК) оценивался у 28 пациентов после ортотопической трансплантации печени по поводу хронической инфекции вирусом гепатита С.Результаты. Серологические маркеры HBV- и/или HCV-инфекции были обнаружены у 28% обследованных. Носительство anti-HBcor IgG достоверно чаще регистрировалось у пациентов, имевших анти-НСУ-антитела (81 против 17% у не имеющих анти-НСУ-анти- тел,/?<0,05). Достоверных взаимосвязей между носительством anti-HBcor антител и активностью печеночного процесса выявлено не было. У реципиентов трансплантата печени по поводу хронической HCV-инфекции HBV-ДНК в ткани печени выявлялось при отсутствии HBs-антигена. Наличие anti-HBcor антител было сопряжено с тенденцией к увеличению риска гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы у больных НСУ-инфекцией.Заключение. Целесообразно тщательное обследование на наличие анти-НСУ-антител и маркеров HBV-инфекции у потенциальных доноров трансплантата печени.
