The method was validated in terms of specificity, linearity, precision, accuracy, analytical range. The method was applied to dissolution kinetic studies of extended-release indapamide preparations.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Была разработана методика определения малорастворимого лекарственного средства (индапамида) в биорелевантных средах. Методика была валидирована по следующим валидационным характеристикам: специфичность, линейность, правильность, прецизионность, аналитический диапазон.
