The optimum conditions of group identification of hypotensive drugs using TLC were found. Analysis by GC-MS allows to detect both the native substances and their metabolites. The developed method of analysis of antihypertensive drugs can be used for the diagnosis of acute poisoning.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Разработана методика экспрессного определения гипотензивных лекарственных средств (атенолол, пропранолол, нифедипин, эналаприл, верапамил) в образцах мочи больных с острыми отравлениями. Подобраны условия для групповой идентификации гипотензивных лекарственных средств методом ТСХ. Анализ с помощью ГХ-МС позволяет обнаружить как нативные вещества, так и их метаболиты.
