The authors retrospectively studied 337 women with risk factors and without them. Healthy pregnant women took multivitamins (82,53%) during 22,4 weeks on the average and women with risk factors (69,1%) on 3 weeks smaller. The frequency of complications during pregnancy did not differ significantly. Fetal hypotrophy observed in 3% and 8,8%. Significant differences in neonatal assessment scale (V. Apgar) were not revealed. Congenital anomalies of newborns did not determine. It is necessary to refuse a polypharmacy. The strategy of choice of these drugs should be based on the results of evidence-based medicine.</p>
Следует произвести отказ от полипрагмазии и проводить назначения, основываясь на результатах доказательной медицины.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Беременность</kwd><kwd>поливитамины</kwd><kwd>плод</kwd><kwd>полипрагмазия</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Pregnancy</kwd><kwd>multivitamin preparations</kwd><kwd>fetal</kwd><kwd>polypharmacy</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Формуляр лекарственных средств в акушерстве и гинекологии / Под ред.
