新型冠状病毒COVID-19全球大流行期间肿瘤患者管理的特点

简介:
直至今日由新型冠状病毒引起的COVID-19在世界各地尚未得到有效控制。定期刊物对感染新型冠状病毒的肿瘤患者发生严重并发症的高风险常有报道。综述信息来源于文献材料,以国外临床同僚的临床实例为基础,介绍了在克服这一疾病及其后果方面获得的经验,同时也引入了俄罗斯卫生部国家放射医学研究中心在俄罗斯肿瘤学家协会和肿瘤学健康组织者协会的参与和支持下所提出的关于COVID-19大流行期间肿瘤性疾病治疗的指导性意见。这些信息整合了科学文献电子数据库以及俄语和英语的开放数据平台上收集而来的真实数据。本综述亦引入国际和国内专业界关于癌症患者在新冠肺炎流行期间治疗的路径选择和多学科治疗的建议。
