一名新冠肺炎重型患者的“隐性低氧血症”

简介:
新冠感染患者常有严重的肺部损伤伴急性呼吸衰竭的发生。然而在发生明显低氧血症的背景下,一部分患者的主观感觉在较长时间内仍保持良好,且无呼吸困难症状。
病例描述:
我们对一名65岁重型新冠肺炎男性患者进行了临床观察,该患者血氧指标低,但未诉呼吸困难。病人仅在病程恶化,血氧饱和度低至85%或更低时才感觉到气短。随后患者状况恶化,最终因多器官衰竭死于重症监护病房。
讨论:
该病例直观说明了新型冠状病毒肺炎病程发展的又一特点:血氧饱和度是最具指导意义的客观指标之一,有助于医生对新冠肺炎患者状况进行真实评估。
