ИНГИБИТОРЫ АПФ И БЛОКАТОРЫ РЕЦЕПТОРОВ АНГИОТЕНЗИНА II В ЛЕЧЕНИИ СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ: ЧТО ВЫБРАТЬ?
Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы фармакотерапии сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, в основе которых лежит дисфункция ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновой системы. Сопоставляется эффективность и безопасность двух основных классов препаратов для фармакотерапии сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний — блокаторов рецепторов ангиотензина II и ингибиторов АПФ — приводятся данные клинических исследований обоих классов препаратов.
