Abstract
Purpose. This study is devoted to the evaluation of the number of splenic alternatively activated (M2, CD163+) macrophages and other mononuclear phagocytes after arthritis development in a model of systemic juvenile arthritis in Wistar rats (with and without modification by doxycycline or dexamethasone). Methods. Cell phenotypes were assessed by flow cytometric analysis. Percentages of classically-activated phagocytes were estimated (M1, CD163-). Results. The indexes of dominating phenotypes are assessed for spleen (no significant differences in animal groups). In comparison we demonstrate indexes for the blood mononuclear phagocytes (significant changes were observed). Nevetherless, we have demonstrated phenotypical changes of splenic phagocyte population at whole. Conclusions. Redistribution of the tissue alternatively-activated cells of phagocyte population in spleen was found to be significantly different in animal groups with doxycycline and dexamethasone administration.

Abstract
The article discusses the topical purulent wounds treatment with pharmacocytes and dioxidin. MIC, MIC50 and MIC90 of dioxidin were tested on 77 strains, isolated from the purulent wounds of various localizations. The study of the degree of dioxidin inclusion in erythrocyte pharmacocytes involved 25 blood samples of volunteer patients. The study of the concentration of dioxidin and dioxidin, included in erythrocyte pharmacocytes, in purulent wounds in the 1 phase of wound process was performed in 35 volunteer patients.Standard bacteriological methods were used in the work. Dioxydin included in the ghosts by hypotonic hemolysis. The concentration of dioxydin in the erythrocyte ghosts determined by high performance liquid chromatography on Agilent 1260 liquid chromatograph. For the destruction of erythrocyte ghosts thereto distilled water was added and treated for 10 minutes in an ultrasonic bath of «Sapphire». Microscopic examination of erythrocyte ghosts was performed by light microscopy immersion in the native smear on the automated complex Leica.MIC90 of all strains of the leading pathogens of infections in surgery was 106,25 μg/ml. It was found that the erythrocyte ghosts are containers for dioxydin. The average concentration of dioxydin in them is 2151.72 ± 17.53 μg/ml, which is 6,9 times higher than the MIC90 to the majority of representatives of the microflora of purulent wounds. The pharmacocytes with dioxydin create a prolonged bactericidal concentration of dioxydin in purulent wounds.

Abstract
The increase in the intensity and volume of training loads in modern sports together with strict antidoping policy draw increased attention to physiotherapeutic recovery methods. The paper presents the findings of the study of abdominal decompression to enhance adaptation to sport loads. The study group included 24 athletes (specialization rowing, age 16 to 18, proficiency level - the first class and Master of Sports candidates, sport experience over 5 years). The control group included 24 athletes of the same specialization, age and skill. The abdominal decompression sessions were held once a day for 10 days in the special preparatory period of the training cycle prior to the period of maximum loads. The training year included 3 courses of abdominal decompression. The course of abdominal decompression improved microcirculation, total and effective albumin concentration, resulting in increased albumin binding reserve and metabolite excretion, and reduced CPK MV level. The study group demonstrated the decrease in the number of cardiovascular disorders compared to the controls. Abdominal decompression can be considered an innovative efficient physiotherapeutic method to enhance the adaptive capacity.

Abstract
The article presents the clinical and cytologic analysis of«Aquacel Ag + Hydrofiber dressing», “Aquacel Ag foam Hydrofiber dressing” and “Granuflex” (ConvaTec, USA) wound covering efficiency for complex treatment in patients with face and neck phlegmons was carried out. We proved positive impact and efficiency of the wound covering on repair process in postoperative purulent wounds in patients with face and neck phlegmons. Application of “Aquacel Ag + Hydrofiberdressing”, “Aquacel Ag foam hydrofiber dressing”, and “Granuflex” allowed to improve wound condition in earlier terms, put secondary sutures and reduce terms of patient hospital stay.

Abstract
The aim of the study was to investigate the influence of the level of anxiety on the quality of life of patients with partial absence of teeth and dysfunctional conditions of the temporomandibular joints at the stages of orthopedic rehabilitation. Diagnostic methods were used: specialized dental methods - determination of chewing efficiency; electromyography of masticatory muscles; orthopantomography, computer or magnetic resonance imaging. In addition, the study of the functional state of the alveolar system was carried out according to the “Hamburg Test” program, the evaluation of the quality of life according to the OHIP-14 scale, and the measurement of anxiety by Spielberger’s method.

Abstract
We registered nasal cycles and the mucociliary transport time in 40 adults: 20 men (18-71) and 20 women (18-70) with acute rhinosinusitis. Subjects had no signs of other systems’ pathologies, bad habits and other ENT organs’ diseases. Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups of 20 people each (10 men, 10 women). Patients of the group 1received intranasal topical decongestant (a spray of 0.1 % xylometazoline solution), patients of the group 2 received intranasal glucocorticosteroid (mometasone furoate spray). Every subject was tested with rhinoflowmeter «Rhinocycle» for 16-18 hours excluding the night sleep period. The mucociliary transport time was recorded before the study and 1 hour after the intranasal spray administration. The graphs of relative airflow volume’s fluctuations were made.We found that airflow fluctuations were predominantly irregular before the intranasal spray administration in both groups. The relative volumetric flow increased significantly in both groups after topical sprays administration. It was higher in the group 1than that in the group 2, however, the difference was statistically insignificant (p 0.05). The average duration of nasal cycle’s fluctuations in patients of the group 1 increased, in the subjects of the group 2, on the contrary, it decreased (p 0.05). Besides, topical decongestants administration significantly improved nasal breathing, but adversely affected the ciliated epithelium’s transport function and airflow fluctuations’ orderly cyclicity. In contrast, the glucocorticosteroid administration decreased the mucociliary transport time and contributed

Abstract
Spectrophotometric method of ribavirin determination in aqueous solutions was improved. Feasibility of ribavirin determination in the presence of protein was confirmed. Colloid-chemistry behavior of ribavirin, interferon and their mixture were investigated. We found that these substances are surface active. The synergistic effect was revealed in ribavirin-interferon mixture in aqueous phase. Particular aspects of ribavirin and interferon adsorption from aqueous phase were specified and characteristics of adsorption layers were determined. We found the influence of ribavervirin on isoelectric point and association parameters of interferon macromolecules.

Abstract
Herbal drug products are widely used to replace or supplement traditional medicine. One of the promising plants with antibacterial and antinflammatory activity is the goldenrod - a member of the Asteraceae family. Previous studies demonstrated that goldenrod is rich in biologically active substances and is common in Russia. Thus, goldenrod represents a promising herbal raw material and the study of its anatomo-diagnostic features, as part of pharmacological analysis, is a relevant task. Present study describes anatomical structure of Goldenrod Canadensis herb, namely anatomo-diagnostic features of leaves, stem and flowers. In conclusion, the characteristic features of various organs of the goldenrod are described.
